How to Use
Shake well before use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Use 2-4 sprays a day, taken together or separately. 1 - 3 years old: 2 sprays. 4-8 years: 3 sprays. 9-13 years upwards: 4 sprays.
