My journey started out of personal experience, when I consulted with a Nutritional Therapist due to a turbulent time with my daughter’s health. I was fortunate enough to witness first hand what an impact good nutrition can have and subsequently decided to retrain in order to help others achieve their health goals.
After studying for 3 years with The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), I am now a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT, CNHC.
Due to my background, I have a special interest in children’s health and wellbeing but whether young or old, if you have been diagnosed with a chronic condition, suffer with skin issues, sleep disturbances, want to lose weight, or are simply not feeling on top of your game, my aim is to work closely with you to create a personalised programme encompassing food and lifestyle, in order to help nurture you to better health.
