Ingredients

Whey Protein Isolate Milk, Golden Linseed (Flax), Sunflower Kernels, Almonds, Coconut (Sulfate Free), Chia Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Nutritional Yeast (B-Vits), Psyllium Husk (Fibre), Apple Pectin (Fibre), Natural Flavouring, Steviol Glycosides (Stevia).

How to Use

Blend 40-50g of purition with 200ml of your favourite milk. If you are feeling adventurous then try adding some extras such as berries, bananas or spinach.
