Relax Tea

Relax tea from Nutratea has been formulated to calm both the body and mind. It contains ingredients to support wellbeing during times of tension and to reduce agitation and insomnia. Chamomile and Lemon Balm help to support general relaxation and well-being. Together with Hawthorn Berry, they are used to improve sleep onset and duration. Liquorice helps to support energy levels and resilience during periods of increased stress. Each tea bag can be used 2-3 times throughout the day.

Ingredients

Chamomile (30%), Lemon Balm (20%), Hawthorn Berry (10%), Fennel, Passionflower, Lavender, Liquorice, Viburnum, Cinnamon.

How to Use

Place tea bag in cup and pour over 200ml freshly boiled water. Brew for 4-5 min then squeeze bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 2-3 cups per day (each bag can be used 2-3 times).
