The Anti-Viral properties of Tea Tree and Ravensara are included to help to protect against the spread of colds and flu. Peppermint targets blocked sinuses and headaches, whilst Eucalyptus helps to clear the airways.

Ingredients

Essential Oils Include: Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajeputi (Cajeput) Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Viridiflora (Niaouli) Leaf Oil, Ravensara Aromatica Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil.

How to Use

To Clear Airways and Promote Easy Breathing: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Alternatively add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total. Bath: This blend can also be added to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing soak (use 4-5 drops). To Ease Heavy Chests: Blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, and apply in circular motions to the chest and throat area. Diffuser: Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser).
