The Natural Life Clinic (NLC) Trading as Amaranth holds some information about you. This statement outlines how that information is used, who we may share that information with and how we keep it secure.
We, as the Natural Life Clinic take our responsibilities with regards to data protection and compliance with GDPR regulations seriously. We collect and store basic information about you and your contact details to allow us to administer your appointments, respond to your enquires, provide advice and fulfil special orders. We may also collect information about your purchases and appointment history. We have taken steps to ensure that our business partners are also GDPR compliant. All of our data and data held by our business partners is security encrypted and held within the UK and the EEA.
We may with your explicit permission, use this for marketing purposes; we do not and will not pass your information to any other 3rd party to be used for marketing purposes.
The information that we collect:
Customer Loyalty System (Intelligent Retail): Our customer loyalty system holds basic contact data (name, email address, postal address and telephone number if you have provided them to us) and your purchase history.
Appointment Booking System (Jelly): Our appointment booking system holds basic contact data and appointment details (including name, email address and telephone number and treatment history details include date, time and type of treatment). Some of our treatments are provided by self employed therapists. When an appointment has been booked with a particular therapist, that therapist will have access to your basic contact details via the Jelly booking system. With your explicit permission, additional information (for example health concerns, medications) relevant to your treatment provided by you to NLC may be recorded on the Jelly system shared with the relevant third party (i.e the therapist responsible for your treatment).
Customer Order System (Internal BackUp Buffalo).
Our customer order system holds basic contact details along with details of orders or enquires you have made with us.

You will also receive our newsletter if you have signed up to do so instore or via our website. We store your name and newsletter and distribute our newsletter to you as necessary for our legitimate interests (to inform you of our products and services, to develop them, to grow our business and to inform our marketing strategy). We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. Personal Data
We may, with your consent, hold written notes with regards to your health, diet, lifestyle and health history. This information will only be requested if there is a legitimate interest in order to allow NLC to support you with your health goals. All personal data will be stored in line with GDPR regulations.
Social Media (Instagram, FaceBook, Twitter)
We will not publish anything about you on social media unless we have your explicit permission to do so. We may share your social media posts if they have the facility (share button) to do so.
