It is always our aim to get parcels to you within a few days and if there is a delay in dispatch we will let you know. We are unable to investigate parcels that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed.

Click and Collect
We offer a free click and collect service from our Bramhall store. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We aim for orders to be ready for the collection by the next working day. This may take longer if the items needs to be transferred between stores. We will notify you if this is the case.
Delivery to UK addresses for orders over £35. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Free email delivery for electronic gift vouchers. The vouchers will be emailed to you or the recipient to print at home if they choose to.

We are able to offer international delivery by arrangement. If you would like this option, please email us email@example.com with the items requested and the destination address. We will then provide a quote for delivery.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally a product may be out of stock and we are unable to meet our delivery schedule. We will let you know if this is the case and provide an estimated delivery time frame or recommend an alternative. If this is unacceptable we will issue a full refund.
Products may differ slightly from the images shown. We endeavour to keep images current but manufacturers may alter product packaging from time to time.
We are happy to accept returns, but we do request that orders are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We can only accept items for return if they are in an unopened, unused and resalable condition. We cannot except items for return due a sensitivity or reaction to an ingredient. If you are sensitive to products, we suggest that you contact us prior to ordering and we will advise and send samples if possible.
It is your responsibility to return items to us, and we request that you use a “recorded” service to allow you to trace the returned item if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
To return an item you must include the delivery note or a copy of your e-mail invoice with the goods. Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging.
