Click and collect is available from our Manchester City Centre and Bramhall stores

Delivery to UK addresses for orders over £30.  We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK Standard 1st Class Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK Tracked Delivery

Delivery within 2 working days. Fully tracked from despatch to delivery. This service includes a ‘Leave Safe’ Option.

International Delivery

International delivery for all countries outside the UK is at a standard rate of £15.  Please allow up to 25 days for delivery, although this will depend on customs clearance and may take longer.  We endeavour to send out all orders, however should the actual delivery cost greatly exceed the charged cost, we reserve the right to contact you and request extra payment.  You will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order if this is the case.

Click and Collect

We offer a free click and collect service from our Bramhall and City Centre Manchester stores. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We aim for orders to be ready for the collection by the next working day.  This may take longer if the items needs to be transferred between stores. We will notify you if this is the case.

Gift Vouchers

Free email delivery for electronic gift vouchers. The vouchers will be emailed to you or the recipient to print at home if they choose to.


Gift cards can be posted to you or the recipient by 1st class post. Please specify if you would like a personalised message on the card.

Telephone Orders
We welcome orders via the telephone. 

Call 0161 439 9856 to place your order. Telephone orders are subject to our standard delivery options.  This service is available Mon – Sat, 9.30am – 5pm. .

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally a product may be out of stock and we are unable to meet our delivery schedule.  We will let you know if this is the case and provide an estimated delivery time frame or recommend an alternative.  If this is unacceptable we will issue a full refund.

Product Variations

Products may differ slightly from the images shown.  We endeavour to keep images current but manufacturers may alter product packaging from time to time. 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns, but we do request that orders are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.   It is your responsibility to return items to us, and we request that you use a “recorded” service to allow you to trace the returned item if necessary.  We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.   
To return an item you must include the delivery note or a copy of your e-mail invoice with the goods.  Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging.
