Our team of nutritional therapists in Bramhall each specialise in certain areas such as Female Health, Depression & Anxiety, IBS, Fertility, Children's Health, Menopause & Sports Nutrition. Our Nutritional Therapists have trained for four years before they can practise and know exactly what supplements can be taken with certain medication we have to be careful with. They can work closely with your GP. Nutritional Therapy is a great foundation for achieving optimum health and we have some fantastic success stories. Our therapist can provide achievable food goals and advice on nutritional supplements to bring the body back into balance. The recommendations are backed up by nutritional research and years of experience from the therapists. Each therapist specialises so let us point you towards the right one.

Please note: For your first appointment for some of our treatments, there is a minimum of 45 minutes required to allow for a full consultation.
