How to Use

To Lift Your Mood: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Bath: Add a few drops to running bath water for an invigorating soak or add a few drops to 100ml Shower Gel for a kick start to the day! Diffuser: Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser).
