Raspberry Leaf and Peppermint Tea

Raspberry and Peppermint tea from Nutratea is best known for it's use during pregnancy. Raspberry Leaf helps tone the muscles of the uterus and can be used throughout pre and post pregnancy. Raspberry Leaf is also a rich source of antioxidants and can be used to strengthen immunity and to fight free radicals. Peppermint is included to support digestion and to combat feelings of nausea. Each tea bag can be used 2-3 times throughout the day.

How to Use

Place tea bag in cup and pour over 200ml freshly boiled water. Brew for 4-5 min then squeeze bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 2-3 cups per day (each bag can be used 2-3 times).
