Refresh is a powerful formulation of pure essential oils and carrier oils designed to revitalise the body and elevate the senses. It is particularly good for those lacking in energy, especially during the winter months, as it contains refreshing citrus oils to lift the mood.

Ingredients

Essential Oils: Orange, Balsam Canada, Eucalyptus Radiata, Lime, Spearmint, Bergamot, Lemon, Frankincense. Carrier Oils: Sweet Almond, Evening Primrose, Jojoba. Also Contains: Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

How to Use

Massage: After showering or bathing massage into the skin. The blend absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving a soft silky feel and no oily residue. Bath: Add 3 capfuls to warm running water for a refreshing bath or rub into the pulse points after a morning shower for an uplifting start to the day. Hair: Massage 1 tablespoon into the scalp & hair to re-energise and nourish. Aim to leave in the hair for at least 30 minutes before washing out with a mild shampoo.
