Bare Biology Life & Soul Omega-3 capsules are a high strength omega 3 supplement. The oil, in its natural triglyceride form, is easily absorbed with no fishy aftertaste. How to Use
Adults and Childer over 12: Two capsules per day with meals. Check with your health practitioner if you are taking medication such as blood thinners or are about to undergo surgery.
