Bare Biology's Vim and Vigour is a sustainably sourced Algae Omega-3 & Astaxanthin supplement. These vegan friendly capsules are rich in essential fatty acids that support brain, heart and eye health. Omega 3 is known as an essential fat because we need it but our bodies can’t make it. Astaxanthin is a carotenoid, a powerful antioxidant, which gives salmon and shellfish their pink colour. The capsules are made of GMO-free corn starch, glycerol BP, carrageenan (from red seaweed) and sodium carbonate anhydrous.

Per 2 capsules: DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 500mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 250mg, Astaxanthin 4mg.

Algae oil (schizochytrium sp. oil, high oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), astaxanthin oil (haematococcus pluvialis extract, d alpha tocopherol). How to Use
Two capsules per day with food. No more than 4 capsules daily. Suitable for over 18s only. Check with your health practitioner if you are taking medication such as blood thinners or are about to undergo surgery. Not suitable for children and pregnancy due to limited trials of astaxanthin in these groups.
