Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes, Popping Candy (Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Lactose [from milk], Carbon Dioxide, Cocoa Butter), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Linalool.

How to Use

Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience. Footbath - Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. 750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium. Suitable for ages 1 year onwards.
