How to Use

Fragrance: This essential oil is diluted to a ratio of 3% in jojoba oil. It can be used directly on the skin as a perfume. Try dabbing one drop behind each ear before a special night out. Bath: Soak in a warm bath containing 2 drops of Petitgrain, 2 drops of Rose Otto and 1 drop of Bergamot, all blended in a teaspoonful of Coconut oil. For a more relaxing option replace the Bergamot with True Lavender. Massage: Blend 1 drop of Petitgrain, 2 drops of Rose Otto and 2 drops of Lavender in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil for a massage to help you sleep.
