How to Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required. This product contains slippery elm and should be taken with a full glass of water for full benefit. If suffering from reflux or acid indigestion, the capsules can be opened and mixed in with water to coat the oesophagus. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
