Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin consisting of three natural forms: pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is the bioactive form of this vitamin which aids chemical reactions in the body. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy production, nervous, psychological and immune system function. It also contributes to healthy blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

How to Use

1 capsule a day as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Long term daily use of 10mg or more of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
