Bare Biology Skinful Marine Collagen Plus Vitamin C is an easily digested Type 1 collagen made from wild, sustainably caught cod skin. Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body. It provides strength and structure, offering support to everything from our skin, muscles and bones to our fingernails and hair. It can be difficult to get collagen from diet alone, unless you regularly eat organ meats or bone broths. This great tasting formula contains natural Vitamin C from acerola which further helps your body to produce collagen. This natural strawberry and rhubarb flavoured powder makes a delicious drink with water or can be added to smoothies, juices and shakes.
