This product contains the important omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in their naturally present concentrations with no chemical modification. EPA and DHA support heart health, brain health, vision, normal blood pressure and skin health. This formula also contains CoQ10, an important anti-oxidant which is often low in older adults, and vitamin D which contributes to cell division, normal immune function and bone, muscle and tooth health.

How to Use
1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food, or as directed. After opening store in refrigerator and use within 2 months. If taking any kind of medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product. Not recommended for haemophiliacs. Please consult a medical doctor if on anti-coagulant medication.
