L-Theanine

L-theanine is a free amino acid and a precursor to some neurotransmitters such as GABA. It supports the production of alpha brain waves which are associated with a state of relaxation. Meditation and daydreaming also increase alpha brain waves, which are also present during REM sleep. As it is not sedative, L-theanine can be taken during the day or at bedtime.

L-Theanine, HPMC (vegetable cellulose, capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.

How to Use

1-2 capsules daily preferably on an empty stomach, as a food supplement, or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
