Yoga with Gemma Shilliday Yoga and Wellbeing : 14th September 2pm

We are celebrating!  Amaranth is 10 years old and we have a day of tasters, treats and workshops for you on 14th September.

Gemma will be running a yin hatha yoga class in Centre Point  (2 minutes from the shop) and we welcome you back to Amaranth afterwards for a complementary smoothie made with Vivo Life or Supernova Protein. This class is suitable for all levels. There is a £5 booking fee that includes the class and a smoothie.  

We invite you to meet at Amaranth at 1.45pm and we will  take you to the hall.  Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.  If you are unable to please email Gemma at helllo@amaranth-wellbeing.com.
