Herbs for Women's Health with Nikki Hill and Gemma Day : 14th September 3pm to 4pm

We are celebrating!  Amaranth is 10 years old and we have a day of tasters, treats and workshops for you on 14th September.

Medical herbalist, Naturopath and founder of the Nikki Hill range of herbal tinctures and teas will be giving a fascinating talk on herbs to support women's health.  If you struggle with sleep, hormones or menopause then this is the session for you.  The session will include a tea tasting and also a short talk on eating for hormones by Amaranth Nutritional Therapist Gemma Day.  We invite you back to Amaranth afterwards for healthy nibbles, fizz or soft drinks.

There is a £5 booking fee for this workshop.
