Lactose Intolerance test

If you experience bloating, gas, diarrhea or cramping after consuming dairy products, you may be intolerant to lactose, the sugar found in dairy. This tests if you are intolerant via a simple breath test.

Includes;

• A home kit is provided for you to provide a sample. You will be required to follow a special diet before taking the test.  Your nutritional therapist will provide more information when you order the test.
• A 30 minute appointment with a registered nutritional therapist to discuss the results in person or on Zoom
• Personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement suggestions that will be provided in the 30 minute session
