Vitamin D3 with K2

This formula by Nutri Advanced is suitable for those who wish to regulate their immune system, support healthy bones and to aid muscle function.  The UK government recommends that everyone over the age of 1 should be taking 10mcg (400iu) of vitamin D daily. This is especially important in autumn and winter when sunlight is limited. Vitamin K2 works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to ensure that calcium is well absorbed and sent to the bones where it is most needed.  Vitamin K is also needed for normal cardiovascular function.
