Vitamin D3 & K2

This product is designed to support levels of vitamin D3 when taken short term. Vitamin K2 works synergistically with vitamin D. We need both in adequate amounts to ensure optimum biological activity of both vitamins. Those at particular risk of vitamin D deficiency are children (under 5 years), the elderly (65 years+), people who rarely get outdoors (lack of sunshine) and people with dark skin. Vitamin D contributes to the absorption and utilisation of calcium, the maintenance of bones and teeth, and normal muscle and immune function. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

1 capsule provides on average, Vitamin K2 100µg, Vitamin D3 100µg.

Ingredients

Vitamin K2 complex (MK-7), vitamin D3 complex (cholecalciferol) from lichen (fractionated coconut oil, d-alpha tocopherol, arabic gum, corn syrup, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate), microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (vegetable cellulose, capsule shell).

How to Use

Take 1 tablet per day as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
