Wholefood Blend (Golden Flaxseed, Sunflower Kernels, Macadamia Nuts, Almonds, Coconut, Chia (Salvia Hispanica), Pumpkin seeds, SESAME seeds), Whey Protein Isolate MILK, Nutritional Yeast, Psyllium Husk, Apple Pectin, Ground Vanilla Pods, Sweetener: Steviol glycosides (Stevia).

How to Use

Blend 40-50g of purition with 200-250ml of your favourite milk. If you are feeling adventurous then try adding some extras such as berries, bananas or spinach.
