Longevity : Continuous Blood Sugar Monitoring and Personalised Nutrition by Zoe Taylor & the Amaranth Team

Introducing Nutrition Testing and Blood Sugar Monitoring by Zoe Taylor and the team at Amaranth in Bramhall. It’s time to take control of your health. When it comes to health and wellbeing, few factors are as important as your blood glucose levels. Consistently raised blood glucose can be a significant factor in weight gain, as well as poor energy and risk factors for metabolic disease.  Left uncontrolled, poor blood sugar control can lead to type 2 diabetes, PCOS and other adverse health conditions.

You may have heard of Continuous Blood Sugar Monitors (CGM).  These small devices are worn on the upper arm for 10 days and track your blood sugar response to foods and activity.  Such monitoring can provide valuable insights into the impact of your nutritional and lifestyle choices on your health and wellbeing. Monitoring is via an App on your phone, iPad or smart watch generating several detailed reports. These can be confusing to interpret without a detailed understanding of nutrition – there is no point in having this information if you are not sure what to do with it.

This is where Longevity fits in.  This unique Nutrition test and programme, run by Zoe and our team of registered Nutritional Therapists, brings together your results with one-to-one personalised nutrition.  Your nutritional therapist works with you in a private consultation to discuss your results and give you a programme that works for you and your lifestyle.

The Longevity programme is 100% personalised, you can choose from two packages and there are no subscription fees. All of the reports and information are yours to keep and you will work with the same Nutritional Therapist throughout the programme.

Meet Our Nutritional Therapists

Zoë Taylor

I have had a long-standing interest in nutrition and health but found a lot of the information conflicting and confusing.  To find out more I enrolled on a 3 year course in naturopathic medicine in Manchester. As the power of our nutrition and lifestyle choices began to unfold my interest very quickly became a passion.   I left my job in IT and I am now a practicing nutritional therapist registered with BANT, CNHC and the ANP.

Gemma Day

After studying for 3 years with The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), I am now a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT. Due to my own experience, I regularly support clients with digestive complaints, however every client I see is unique, so this has given me a range of experience across many health complaints.
*Benefits from the programme will be individual and will be depend on initial health status.
