Goodnight Aromatherapy Blend

Amongst other oils chosen for this bedtime blend is Lavender, renowned for its sleep inducing properties.

Ingredients

Essential Oils Include: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil , Thymus Mastichina Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil , Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil , Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Oil , Styrax Benzoin Gum, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil , Nardostachys Jatamansi (Spikenard) Oil.

How to Use

Bath: Add a few drops to running bath water for a slumberous pre-bedtime soak. Massage: Use as a pre-bedtime massage oil (blend 5 drops of Goodnight with 10ml of carrier oil) or put a few drops on a tissue and leave near your pillow. Diffuser: Can also be used with an aromatherapy diffuser.
