Headaid Aromatherapy Blend

This aromatherapy blend contains soothing and clearing oils such as Lavender, Chamomile and Peppermint. It is the perfect natural alternative for tackling sore heads and tired minds, characteristic of being run down.

Ingredients

Essential Oils: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil , Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil , Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil , Thymus Mastichina (Thyme) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil , Rose Centifolia Flower Oil .

How to Use

For a Clearing Aroma: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Diffuser: Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser). To Clear and Soothe: Add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water. Lean over the bowl with a towel covering your head and inhale the vapours for a few minutes. Repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total. Bath: Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing soak. Compress: To create a soothing compress add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth in the water and apply to the the forehead. Alternatively, blend 3 drops in 5ml carrier oil and massage onto temples, equivalent to a 2% dilution.
