Mobility Aromatherapy Blend

A natural aromatherapy blend formulated to soothe and relieve aching muscles and joints. Cooling Peppermint, Eucalytpus and Rosemary help to provide pain relieving action when massaged into the skin. Fennel and Ginger warm the muscles to help repair and restore.

Essential Oils Include: Picea Excelsa (Spruce) Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphora) Bark Oil , Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil , Thymus Mastichina (Thyme) Oil, Cedrus Deodara (Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil , Foeniculum Vulgare (Sweet Fennel) Oil, Eucalyptus Citriodora Leaf Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Betula Alba (Birch) Oil.

How to Use

To create a compress: Add 4 or 5 drops of Mobility to a bowl of warm water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the desired area. Massage: Blend 3 to 5 drops of Mobility in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into the affected area. Bath: Dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and add to warm runnning water for an easing bath.
