Bitters with Ginger have been used for centuries to support digestion. Bitters and Ginger consists of a combination of bitter herbs taken in water before meals. How to Use/Dosage

As a food supplement take 1/2-1 ml (14-28 drops) 30 minutes before meals in a small amount of water.
