Wholefood Iron

A major function of iron is to make haemoglobin, it is the most abundant mineral in the blood. It also contributes to normal immune system function, cognitive function and cognitive development in children. Cytoplan Wholefood Iron is in the form of bio-effective ferrous bisglycinate, which is gentle on the stomach, but very well-absorbed and used by the body. Pregnancy, menstruation and blood loss from injury will reduce iron stores.

Ingredients

Kale powder (Brassica oleracea), iron (as ferrous bisglycinate), plant cellulose (capsule shell).

How to Use

1-2 capsules daily, or take as directed by a practitioner. It is not recommended that men and post-menopausal women supplement with iron unless recommended to do so by a doctor or practitioner. Iron, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
