How to Use

Shake well. Apply product 20 minutes before going out in the sun.  Apply generously - a full body application is one teaspoon per limb. Reapply every 2 hours, and more frequently after swimming, exercise and towel drying.  For a complete sun safety regime wear a hat, sunglasses, protective clothing and seek shade during the heat of the day.
