How to Use

The pillow can be used just as it is, but for hot/cold therapy:  Gently heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds, or on top of the radiator, or for a cold compress, chill in the freezer for 30 minutes; then slip over your eyes and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of the lavender.
