This delicious, energising tea from Nutratea is a 50/50 blend of Ginger and Ginseng. Ginger has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties with many health promoting benefits. It supports gastrointestinal function, effective immunity and can enhance feelings of energy and vitality. Ginseng is a herbal adaptogen, rich in antioxidants, that is traditionally used for supporting physical and mental performance. It is shown to improve cognition, immune function and to reduce fatigue. Each tea bag can be used 2-3 times throughout the day.

How to Use

Place tea bag in cup and pour over 200ml freshly boiled water. Brew for 4-5 min then squeeze bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 2-3 cups per day (each bag can be used 2-3 times).
