Lemon Balm, Kelp and Bladderwrack help maintain hormonal balance with Kelp and Bladderwrack being specifically indicated to help maintain thyroid function and healthful energy metabolism. These nutrients can also help to increase feelings of satiety and may aid weight management. Kelp, Liquorice and Bugelweed are included to support digestive comfort, and Nettle, Liquorice, Ashwagandha and Ginseng further support energy levels and vitality. Each tea bag can be used 2-3 times throughout the day.

Ingredients

Nettle (30%), Lemon Balm (15%), Kelp (10%), Bugleweed, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Bladder Wrack, Siberian Ginseng, Black Walnut, Liquorice, Bacopa.

How to Use

Place tea bag in cup and pour over 200ml freshly boiled water. Brew for 4-5 min then squeeze bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 2-3 cups per day (each bag can be used 2-3 times).
