Vitamin D Test

Vitamin D is vital for strong bones, a healthy immune system, and regulating mood. Public Health England Recommend that everyone supplements with Vitamin D but it can be difficult to know how much Vitamin D to take. 

If you spend little time outdoors, have dark skin (which makes it harder for you to make vitamin D from sunlight), or are over 65 you are more prone to vitamin D deficiency.

This test will assess your current levels and your nutritional therapist can then guide you on appropriate supplementation levels

Markers Tested :  Vitamin D level

A home kit is provided for you to provide the sample from a finger prick.

• A home test kit for the required blood sample
• A 30 minute appointment with a registered nutritional therapist to discuss the results in person or on Zoom
• Personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement suggestions that will be provided in the 30 minute session
