How to Use

Use warm: For a damp heat lightly moisten the pillow by sprinkling with a few drops of water before placing in the microwave for around 60 seconds. Use cold: Wrap in a towel or cloth bag to keep the pillow clean. Place in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour. To minimise risk of freezer-burn avoid placing the cold pillow directly onto skin.
