PreBio Restore provides a blend of mixed prebiotic fibre to support a diverse microbiome and healthy bowel habits. Prebiotics are non-digestible food ingredients that probiotics feed on to thrive, increasing populations of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This fuels the cells lining the digestive tract and supports the integrity of the digestive lining. Using a variety of prebiotics supports a more diverse microbiome, as they are fermented by different strains of bacteria. Ingredients include partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum, FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides), Inulin, Acacia Gum, Larch Arabinogalactan, Marshmallow Root, and Pectin, each contributing to overall health.

How to Use

Stir 5g of powder into a glass of water or juice until dissolved, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
