Purified Seawater (providing Magnesium), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell).  Ashwagandha powder, Dong Quai powder, Milk Thistle powder, Alfalfa powder, Green Tea powder and Turmeric root powder.

How to Use

2 capsules per day, morning or night. Can be taken with or without food.
