5-HTP Plus

This food supplement contains 5-HTP, the precursor to serotonin, plus the nutrients necessary for this conversion. The 5-HTP is from the shrub Griffonia and blended with magnesium and vitamin B6.

Nutritional Information

1 capsule will provide on average: Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 5mg, Magnesium 50mg, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 50mg.

Ingredients

Magnesium citrate, Griffonia seed extract providing 5-HTP, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (vegetable cellulose, capsule shell).

How to Use

1-2 capsules daily preferably before bedtime with a carbohydrate snack, or as directed by a practitioner. This product is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or those taking appetite suppressants containing fenfluramine. If you are on anti-depressant medication consult your doctor before use.
