The perfect cup of tea to help you relax and unwind. This delicious blend includes Lime blossom, Lavender, Lemon balm and Chamomile, herbs traditionally used to calm the mind and body, reduce anxiety and restlessness, and to promote sleep.

Ingredients

Lime Blossom, Lavender Buds, Lemon Balm, Chamomile Flower, Oat Straw.

How to Use

Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot with an infuser or cafetière. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups per day. Caution: Do not use this product if you are allergic to plant in the daisy (Asteraceae) family, such as chamomile or echinacea.
