How to Use

As a preventative.  For adults: 1 tbs daily.  For children: 1 tsp daily. At the first sign of illness.  Adults: 1 tbs every 2-3 hours.  For children: 1 tsp every 2-3 hours. Winter Wellness can be enjoyed on its own, diluted in hot water or used in food such as yogurt or smoothies.
