How to Use

Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients. Take 1 dose under your tongue up to twice in an evening, as part of your bedtime ritual. Those age 16 and over: 1 full pipette (1 ml). Those age 12-16: 1/2 full pipette (0.5 ml).
