How to Use

This neutral tasting powder can be added to any hot or cold drink. Mix 6g with 250ml of your chosen drink and stir well. If you have a sensitive digestive system or you are new to the ingredients, we recommend starting with half a serving (3g) for the first few days, then gradually increase to a full serving (6g) as your body adjusts.
