How to Use

To Deter Travel Sickness: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Alternatively, add a few drops to a Car Diffuser before a long car journey. Before or After a Journey: Blend 3-5 drops in 10ml Carrier Oil and massage into pressure points such as temples and wrists. Bath: Add a few drops of this blend to warm running water for a relaxing bath.
