Cytoplan Daily D3 + K2 is a lower potency vitamin D3 and K2 supplement, providing 2,000IU of vegan vitamin D3 and 50ug of vitamin K2. It is ideally used alongside your regular multivitamin and mineral formula. Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels, maintenance of bones, teeth, and muscle function, and the function of the immune system. It also plays a role in cell division and is needed for the growth and development of bone in children. Vitamin K contributes to blood clotting and further supports bone health. Children under 5, the elderly, individuals who rarely get outdoors, and people with dark skin are at particular risk of vitamin D deficiency.

How to Use
