Should you do a DUTCH test?
Every month do you experience the uncomfortable symptoms that come with hormone imbalances, terrible cramps, bloating, mood disturbances, digestive upset, lack of energy and heavy bleeding or you may have very irregular cycles with skipped bleeds, but still all the symptoms? What does the DUTCH Complete Test involve?
Doing a private DUTCH test (simple urine samples on filtered paper) is essential to understanding the current hormonal situation for you. With the results a bespoke nutrition protocol can then be created. The NHS offers limited female hormonal testing, unless you are having long-term issues with fertility, yet with a private DUTCH Complete test you can understand your cycle or lack of cycle and why you are experiencing symptoms.
The DUTCH Complete test is for anyone on HRT, post menopause or for women pre-menopause who have a regular cycle. The test is performed over 24 hours.
The DUTCH Cycle Mapping test is the test to do for those with an irregular cycle or those who have a regular cycle but feel they have hormonal related issues through the full month. Approximately 25 samples are collected over 6 weeks.
