Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) 150mg.

How to Use

Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
