Iron Complex

Iron Complex by Balanced contains pure Iron Bisglycinate, a chelated form of iron. Chelated minerals are combined with amino acids to form a complex that is more easily digested and absorbed by the body. Iron supports the formation of red blood cells, helps carry oxygen and nutrients around the body, contributes to normal metabolic and cognitive function, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Each capsule provides 20mg of elemental iron with 65mg of vitamin C which helps to increase iron absorption.
